| Требования к соискателям: | * Responsible for the mid-level & high-level implementation of product expansion (xDSL routers, CPEs, STB etc.). * Be mainly responsible for expanding multinational and strategic operators (SvyazInvest; Comstar; Synterra etc.) . * To preside over key projects of fix-lined and convergence terminal product series, solve complicated and significant problems in this business area, to ensure the actualization of market goals and sales goals of the product series in charge. * To guide and organize analysis of market patterns and competition, formulate the competition strategies and market planning of strategic product, and audit the fulfillment. * To undertake the formulation of key product expansion strategies. To organize resources and instruct others to realize product admittance or sales, and enhance the product market occupation rate and coverage rate through high-level customer communication, effective technology directions and difficulty-tackling. * To instruct others to conduct key project operation and ensure the successful project operation of product in charge, through highly difficult project mining and planning. * To establish and maintain good relationship with CTO/CMO and other high-level directors of strategic operators. To communicate effectively with CTO or CMO about technology and market. * To instruct product planning through customer requirements analysis. |
